An Update On Week 3 Injuries

With kickoff less than 36 hours away, we take a spin through the latest injury report giving you up to the minute updates that you need before you set your fantasy lineups.

Buccaneers @ Cowboys

Buccaneers: OT Jeremy Trueblood practice and appears ready to play.

Cowboys: Dallas continues to be hampered by injuries on the defensive line. DT Jay Ratliff is out and Marcus Spears continues to be questionable with a knee injury. It could mean big things for Doug Martin this weekend.

Rams @ Bears

Rams: Steven Jackson continues to be questionable. If he plays, his role appears like it will be rather limited. OT Rodger Saffold continues to be out with a neck injury.

Bears: Matt Forte is out. That’s all you need to know. Start Michael Bush if you have him.

49ers @ Vikings

49ers: For being such a physical team, just three players appear on San Francisco’s injury report. The most notable is Ted Ginn listed as questionable.

Vikings: Just about everyone listed is probable. LB Erin Henderson is out with a concussion.

Lions @ Titans

Lions: Detroit’s secondary is still a mess, but it could be getting better this week. CB Chris Houston is probable after missing last week’s game with an ankle injury. However, Louis Delmas is doubtful. Although the Titans have yet to develop much of a passing game in the young season, these injuries could be a big opportunity for guys like Nate Washington, Kenny Britt and Kendall Wright.

Titans: Nothing worth noting.

Bengals @ Redskins

Bengals: Rookie Dre Kirkpatrick is listed as out with a continuing knee injury.

Redskins: Although he pledged to be back this week, the ‘Skins have WR Pierre Garcon listed as doubtful.

Chiefs @ Saints

Chiefs: Kansas City has 13 players listed on its injury report. The list is headlined by WR Dexter McCluster and G Ryan Lilja who are listed as questionable.

Saints: Marques Colston is questionable with a foot injury and was limited in practice yesterday.

Jets @ Dolphins

Jets: Rex Ryan is channeling his inner Belichick with a week-high 22 players listed on the injury report. Most are probable with TE Dustin Keller listed as questionable.

Dolphins: No injuries worth noting.

Bills @ Browns

Bills: Fred Jackson continues to be out — meaning C.J. Spiller is another must-start for Week 3.

Browns: Josh Cribbs is questionable. From a fantasy standpoint, there are no injuries worth noting.

Jaguars @ Colts

Jaguars: Rashad Jennings is doubtful again with a knee injury. G Evan Britton is out with an ankle injury.

Colts: Dwight Freeney is listed as questionable after missing last week’s game. He will be a game-time decision.

Eagles @ Cardinals

Eagles: Jeremy Maclin has been ruled out with a hip injury.

Cardinals: John Skelton is questionable again. It looks like Kevin Kolb may get his second consecutive start.

Falcons @ Chargers

Falcons: OT Tyson Clabo is questionable with a hip injury. LB Sean Weatherspoon also listed as questionable.

Chargers: LT Jared Gathier will miss another game with a back injury. Ryan Mathews is listed as questionable, but will likely start.

Texans @ Broncos

Texans: No injuries worth noting.

Broncos: No injuries worth noting.

Steelers @ Raiders

Steelers: Both Troy Polamalu and James Harrison have been ruled out. Rashard Mendenhall will also miss another game with an anticipated return in Week 5 after Pittsburgh’s bye week.

Raiders: CB Shawntae Spencer has been ruled out.

Patriots @ Ravens

Patriots: Aaron Hernandez is out. Nothing else worth noting.

Ravens: No injuries worth noting.
